Spinbox is a do-it-yourself turntable kit designed to encourage more people to enjoy vinyl records.
It’s great for everyone from vinyl novices to professional scratch DJs, includes everything you need straight from the box and can be assembled in half an hour.
Constructed with versatility in mind, Spinbox plays all sizes and speeds of vinyl records and works as a scratch turntable. It contains a built-in amplifier and speaker units, with the option to connect to headphones or external speakers via line out connection. Spinbox can also be used as a speaker for other devices through line in connection.
It was fully funded within 40 minutes of going live, hit $50,000 in funding within the first 4 hours, and finished with over $240,000 in pledges by the end of the campaign.

Hey Spinbox community!
Friendly reminder that the last day to make final updates to your order is this Friday, October 20th.
After this date, we will lock reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders.
Don't worry, you can still update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping at a later date.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out after Friday but your shipment may be delayed.

Hey Spinbox community!
We hope you’ve all been having a great September :)
The Spinbox team has been hard at work post-Kickstarter campaign end. We’re beyond excited to announce that our Backerkit surveys are rolling out over the next few days!
We’ll be sending out the surveys to a percentage of backers beginning today, with the official launch on Monday.
Once you receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey, please try to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond.
You will be able to choose your exterior for Spinbox and enter the shipping address for your order using the survey sent out through Backerkit.
The survey also includes an add-on section where you’ll be able to select any items that you’ve already included in your pledge.
Select awesome extras including:
- More Spinbox
- Record Pack
- Replacement Stylus Pack
- Tote Bag
Using this section, you can also choose to buy additional Spinbox and add-ons that you haven’t pledged for in advance.
Remember, we’re including a FREE sticker pack with every Spinbox Kickstarter order to celebrate passing our stretch goals!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Backerkit Survey Guide
We wanted to make it easy for you so we’ve made a quick guide to using the Backerkit survey to hopefully help avoid any confusion.
1. Select the exterior(s) for each Spinbox that you purchased
2. Select Additional Items from the Add-ons page
These can be items that you’ve pledged for previously, such as the Record Pack (Kickstarter Backers) or the Backerclub package, or new items that you’d like to add on now.
If you didn’t pledge for add-ons and you don’t want to add them now, please choose “Skip to the next step” in the top right corner of the page.
3. Confirm your shipping address & phone number
Enter your preferred mailing address where you’d like to receive Spinbox. Please note that you may change this if you are moving in the near future!
You will receive an email from Backerkit when your Spinbox is ready to ship so you can confirm that the address listed is current.
4. Confirm your information and enter your payment details
Have a look over everything to make sure it looks right, then enter your payment card details to be processed securely by Stripe.
